Prior Paperwork
Before you see Dr. Blotner, Kenley Chiropractic requires you to complete a standard health history form that will ensure Dr. Blotner factors in all of the outlying causes for your condition. Consultation
Once you complete your paperwork, you will meet with Dr. Blotner regarding your current condition and your future wellness goals. The more information Kenley Chiropractic professionals have about your previous and present health conditions, the more efficient the prognosis and treatment. Knowledge of our patients' health histories and goals enables us to create tailored solutions that will put them on the path to recovery.

Examination
After your consultation, Dr. Blotner will perform a complete chiropractic examination which often times includes checking your reflexes, testing your range of motion as well as other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural and physical examinations.

Assessment Report
Once the examination is complete, Dr. Blotner will discuss the recommended steps to take in an effort to reach your health goals. The assessment report will not only clarify your treatment suggestions and costs, but will also help you determine whether or not Dr. Blotner's chiropractic services are right for you.

Treatment
With your consent, Dr. Blotner will often times end your initial appointment with your first treatment which may include spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy and/or physical therapy.
